The opportunity to work directly with the partners as a staff gives me a fantastic source of knowledge coupled with a first-hand look at how to run a business and how to build and maintain relationships with clients. Most importantly, I get to watch and learn how the partners problem-solve in real time simply by using their general reasoning and accounting background. I can’t put a value on having the opportunity to work directly with them.
